Man Wounded as Akkar Border Villages Come under Fire
إقرأ هذا الخبر بالعربيةA man was injured on Friday when several border towns in the northern Akkar district came under gunfire from the Syrian side of the border, the state-run National News Agency reported.
NNA said the car crashed after gunfire from the neighboring country reached the towns of Qashlaq, Hekr Jenine and the highway that links al-Abboudiyeh with Monjez.
The attack paralyzed traffic on the highway, the agency added.
The army later rescued the injured man and took him to a safer area.
Several border areas in the North have been frequently struck by cross-border fire and shelling.

but in the rhetoric of M8ers :
Akkar hides islamists, so why would syrian islamists shoot other akkari islamists?
oh! then it is assad's regime that shoots on lebanese territory! then why aren't M8ers condemning that a foreign country shoot Lebanon?
aren't they in favor of lebanese independance and sovreignty?
it just proves that they are NOT! it proves that they are in favor of a foreign country shooting on lebanese soil with their blessings...that Lebanon is part of syria...
